Fashion and Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Fashion and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our fashion clients.
About the Role:
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our fashion clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for providing product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to orders and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and answer questions related to orders and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a solid understanding of fashion products and services, as well as experience working in a customer-facing role. Additionally, proficiency in UK English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
