About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Darkroom, a leading digital growth agency. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and executing design concepts that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design digital assets that support client marketing initiatives, including email, paid ads, and landing pages.
  • Develop a deep understanding of what drives converting creative on each client's marketing channels and execute designs within established best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with other creative and marketing team members to ensure high-quality designs that accurately reflect client brand identities.
  • Systematically approach design across client marketing initiatives by conducting research, gathering references, and ensuring visual cohesion.
  • Communicate all necessary information to relevant team members throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements
  • Digital portfolio showcasing branding & identity, typography, and web design expertise.
  • 2+ years of proven design work experience, preferably in an agency or design studio.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
