Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA) within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Work closely with clients in the pharmaceutical industry to gather business requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead cross-functional teams, managing integration with SAP CO, MM, SD, and other modules.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure thorough understanding of SAP FI solutions, focusing on industry-specific needs.
- Provide expert support during testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP FI-related issues and provide post-implementation support.
- Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA FI advancements and guide clients in applying these innovations to their pharmaceutical operations.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
- 5-9 years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and full-cycle implementations.
- Deep understanding of SAP FI processes (GL, AP, AR, AA) and their integration with other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD).
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to design tailored solutions to meet pharmaceutical client needs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Onsite presence required: 20%, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining time.
