Job Description
We are currently seeking highly skilled ESL instructors to join our team as online bi-lingual corporate English teachers. As an instructor, you will be responsible for teaching English classes to clients using video conferencing tools. The position requires a strong background in teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to new situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have junior ESL teaching experience. Fluency in both Korean and English is required, as well as a reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment. Additionally, a headset, webcam, and specific operating system requirements must be met.

Benefits
This is a remote flextime position with flexible working hours. Teachers are expected to work at least 8 hours per week during specified hours, which may include evenings. The minimum salary for this position is $15 CAD per hour, while the maximum salary is $20 CAD per hour. Benefits include training and development opportunities, bonus awards, and gifts.

Additional Information
Candidates must be available for at least 8 hours per week during specified hours. The days cannot be changed and are fixed as follows: Set 1: Monday & Thursday; Set 2: Tuesday & Friday; or Set 3: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Teachers must meet the specified operating system requirements and maintain a quiet teaching environment.
