Job Summary
We're seeking a Digital & Events Associate to collaborate with our Marketing and Sales teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
Events and Congresses- Guarantee established deadlines and budgets for veterinary congresses and events in Spain and Portugal.
- Manage participation in veterinary congresses and scientific events with coordinators and support agencies.
- Ensure optimal stand placement within the room plan.
- Manage graphic communication and materials with Brand Managers and Sales managers.
- Manage registrations and attendance records with Sales managers.
- Administer budgets and resources for event realization.
- Incident management during events.
- Achieve objectives set by participating brands.
- Reporting and results.
- Closing of events and compilation of legal requirements.
- Maintain our Web Platforms (My Mascota y Yo – MyElanco and YouTube Channel).
- Maintain our Product Catalogue.
- Collaborate with MK Departments for new content generation.
- Collaborate with other countries to identify and share content of interest.
- Open new sections and remodel current ones.
- Maintain and generate sections on our YouTube channel.
- Monthly presentation of results and application of improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Tourism, and Event Management or similar.
- Good knowledge of Web and Social Media Management.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Advanced level of English.

- Mastery of project approval requirements and Elanco policies.
- Professional events management and marketing qualification desirable.
- 2+ years of experience in events organization.
Travel and Work Arrangement
- Regular travel within Iberia and occasional EMEA region, up to 20%.
- Flexible work arrangement: 3 days at the office in Madrid and 2 days working from home.
