We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Packaging Designer to join our creative team at Dragons Group. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the final artwork for packaging designs, ensuring all projects meet our high-quality standards and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and finalize artwork for packaging, ensuring precision and adherence to brand guidelines and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure that our packaging is not only visually appealing but also technically accurate and ready for production.
  • Conduct thorough checks on all final artwork to ensure there are no errors before production, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Execute mid to high complexity briefs and confidently present designs to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on final artwork for packaging.
  • Degree/Master's in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Arts, Packaging, or a related field.
  • Experience in the design process for packaging materials for products, including brainstorming, sketching, and creating prototypes to create eye-catching designs.
  • Strong understanding of digital printing processes and technical requirements for packaging.
  • Skills in Cinema 4D and Redshift for modeling and basic animation.
