Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Spain. This role will involve selling Fender products to allocated sales areas while maintaining effective relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Making regular sales calls to accounts in assigned areas
- Striving to achieve budgeted sales targets
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Assisting in product knowledge development and training for retail staff
- Maintaining control of dealers' stock and orders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales
- Knowledge of the musical instrument industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
