Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Baker Intern to join our team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with our Head Baker to produce high-quality bakery goods using traditional methods and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and craft a range of breads, rolls, baguettes, and pastries with creativity and flair.
  • Work with our Head Baker to innovate and develop new product ranges, creating a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Ensure smooth operation, efficient service preparation, and high food hygiene standards.
  • Meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude and approach.
