Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior Design Assistant/Project Manager to support our design and project management team in Barcelona. As a Junior Design Assistant/Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire implementation of the design project of each apartment.

You will be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Measuring and photographing apartments and sending materials to designers
  • Managing and executing projects provided by designers
  • Managing communication with logistics teams
  • Tracking all furniture purchases
  • Managing all replacements and return processes
  • Overseeing furniture implementation during onboarding
  • Working cross-functionally with supply chain and facilities teams for efficient onboarding processes
  • Staging and managing photoshoots of projects
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and energetic individual with 1 year of interior design and/or project management experience in hospitality or residential services. You should have skills in SketchUp, Autocad, and Excel, as well as good communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish.
