Technical Compliance Specialist

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is a leading provider of testing and certification services for the gaming industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Compliance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical consulting services to regulators, manufacturers, and engineering staff. This will involve reviewing and evaluating technical matters related to gaming regulatory compliance, as well as acting as a technical conduit between regulators and laboratory testing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of gaming regulations and technical standards, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide high-quality support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consulting services to regulators, manufacturers, and engineering staff
  • Review and evaluate technical matters related to gaming regulatory compliance
  • Act as a technical conduit between regulators and laboratory testing
  • Develop and maintain internal procedural documentation, coversheets, forms, and test scripts
  • Provide technical training and/or workshops to internal/external customers

Requirements:

  • Fluent in EU Spanish (both written and spoken)
  • Two- or four-year degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent technical backgrounds
  • Formal training, experience, or demonstrated competency may be evaluated and considered acceptable in lieu of the educational requirements
  • Must possess good analytical skills
  • Must have great written and oral communication skills, including a passion for customer service
  • Must have the ability to quickly assess issues, find solutions, and analyze the results
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
  • Must have Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
