We are seeking a talented software business analyst to join our team of experts in developing software tools for dental professionals and patients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and review functional and non-functional specifications/requirements to ensure alignment with business needs and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams, dental professional stakeholders, and consumers to provide detailed technical documentation.
- Manage SCRUM ceremonies, including grooming, specifications, and other Agile methodologies.
- Interact with medical professionals to understand requirements and collect feedback on software products.
- Ensure seamless alignment between business needs, UX designs, and technical specifications.
- Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing user stories and backlog items.
- Test product backlog items in integration environments and development.
- Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
- Find opportunities for collaboration across international teams and achieve scale by enabling the work of others.
**Requirements**
- Higher education in software engineering, computer science, or a comparable field.
- 4+ years of experience shipping commercial software in a role as a business analyst or product manager.
- Real-world experience in SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
- Analysis of software requirements and definition of software tasks.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and experience with Atlassian Confluence.
- Desirable development skills in backend and front-end frameworks (Spring, TypeScript, React JS) and experience with healthcare software.
