Chief Technical Director

This challenging role will involve overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources efficiently, benchmarking processes with other plants, standardizing manufacturing practices across centers, and auditing production lines to improve efficiency.

• Manage multiple projects, including strategic, quality, development, and customer-focused initiatives.
• Budget management and allocation of necessary resources.
• Process improvement and optimization through benchmarking and standardization.
• Auditing production lines and implementing improvements.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A degree in Engineering (Automation, Electronics, Industrial Organization, or related field).
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• At least 5 years' experience in the automotive sector, preferably in engineering positions.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and IoT concepts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
