We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the development and implementation of equipment solutions that align with our logistics business development needs.

This role involves:

  • Developing Equipment Solutions
    • Designing and implementing automation, sorting, conveyor systems, packaging, and intelligent storage equipment solutions
  • Establishing Technical Standards
    • Creating technical standards for equipment procurement and acceptance criteria to ensure compliance with operational requirements
  • Equipment Installation and Commissioning
    • Overseeing the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of facility equipment to ensure stable operation and adherence to quality standards
  • Logistics Facility Planning
    • Planning functional areas within sorting centers and distribution stations, including equipment layout, power supply, surveillance, and network infrastructure
  • Operational Efficiency Improvement
    • Optimizing warehouse workflows based on business needs to improve operational efficiency and space utilization
  • Promoting Automation and Intelligent Equipment
    • Promoting the pilot implementation and application of automation and intelligent equipment in logistics operations to enhance efficiency and operational stability
