**About Us:** The Healthcare Businesswomen's Association is a leading organization in the healthcare industry, dedicated to empowering women in leadership positions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Business Solutions Architect.

**Job Description:**

As a Senior Business Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in transforming business requirements into IT solution design specifications. You will work closely with global business leaders and leverage data analysis to improve business processes, products, services, and software. Your expertise will be essential in determining requirements and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and add value.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Stay up-to-date with internal IT systems, documentation requirements, standards, regulatory environments, and industry best practices.
  • Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility and identify gaps in existing functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive requirement specifications, project estimates, and financial models.
  • Liaise with the service development team to suggest high-level functional solutions and ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements and functional specifications.
  • Support validation and testing, ensuring implemented solutions meet specifications and are fit for purpose.
  • Provide expert guidance on business process analysis, system architecture, and Lab business processes.

**Requirements:**

  • University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Pharma or IT industry, with 8+ years in Lab IT domain.
  • Expert understanding of business process analysis, system architecture, and Lab business processes.
  • Expert knowledge of GXP, 21CFR Part 11, and the CSV lifecycle.
  • Ability to solve complex business process/information challenges.
