Our Mission

We are currently seeking an experienced Structures Integration Manager to lead our department responsible for assembling and integrating aerospace structures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing assembly procedures for our launch vehicle primary and secondary structures. Your main mission will be to ensure all documentation related to the process is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

Development and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement assembly procedures and technical approaches for primary and secondary structures, including work orders, post-assembly inspections and reports.
  • Continuously improve assembly processes based on lessons learned to bring products from prototype to high-volume production.

Assembly and Quality Control:

  • Assemble aerospace structures, rocket engines, fluid systems and other components.
  • Monitor and supervise assembly processes, including drilling, mechanical, sealing and inspection.

Technical Support and Coordination:

  • Provide technical support and problem-solving during assembly procedures.
  • Coordinate with design engineers, supply chain department and tooling development to ensure efficient and effective integration.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Report to Program management to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • Work closely with production control teams to implement improvement methods.

Necessary Requirements

  • High level in both written and spoken English.

Estimated Salary: $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
