About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Management Engineer to join our team at Allianz Technology. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for the administration and configuration of our One Identity Manager (1IM) environments, as well as the management of integrated identities and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and configuration of 1IM environments
  • Management of integrated identities and services
  • System maintenance and execution of operational tasks
  • Incident analysis, problem, and change process handling for IAM services
  • Management of cloud infrastructure hosting IAM services
  • Regular documentation and update of IAM processes and operating procedures within our collaboration tools

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • At least 5 years of working experience in system administration and IT operations
  • Preferably experience working with a modern IGA software tool like One Identity, SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock, or similar
  • Performance management of applications, databases, and infrastructure
  • Software automation and monitoring (PowerShell scripting, Jenkins, Ansible, Grafana, Pipelines)
  • Operating systems (Windows, Linux servers)
  • Knowledge in DNS, TCP/IP, network technologies
  • Knowledge in MS-SQL database technologies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Experience working with agile software methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience in IAM with strong knowledge of IAM concepts, processes, and understanding of security, risks, and governance
