Global Quality Leader for Consumer and Industrial Markets

Job Summary

Medmix Systems is seeking a highly experienced Global Quality Leader to oversee and manage all aspects of quality control and assurance for our Consumer and Industrial products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems

Develop, implement, and maintain an effective quality management system (QMS) that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Quality Control and Assurance

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure that products and services consistently meet quality standards.

Inspection and Testing

Establish inspection and testing protocols, monitor product quality throughout the production or service delivery process, and address any non-conformities.

Quality Assurance Strategies

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to prevent defects and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Customer Feedback and Satisfaction

Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and ensure that customer requirements are met.

Regulatory Compliance

Stay up to date with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications. Ensure that the organization complies with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.

Audits and Certifications

Coordinate audits and certifications, address findings, and implement necessary actions for compliance.

Continuous Improvement

Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Lead initiatives to enhance quality processes, optimize efficiency, and reduce waste.

Quality Tools and Methodologies

Utilize quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean, to identify improvement opportunities and drive their implementation.

Requirements

  1. Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience

Proven experience in quality management roles, preferably in an industry and/or consumer business setting.

Knowledge and Skills

In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). Familiarity with relevant quality standards.
