- Support stock control and management, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the Point of Sales' action plans and driving business growth.
- Communicate high-quality feedback to Managers, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.
- Stay aware of the business environment, including local competition, to drive informed decision-making and sales strategies.
- Master the selling ceremony, from welcoming to after-sales services, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop a deep understanding of product information, brand storytelling, and fashion trends to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, driving loyalty and repeat business through personalized communication and engagement.
- Create and optimize strong connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and other key stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate team spirit, helping others improve their skills and driving a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Demonstrate autonomy and commitment to guarantee business continuity, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
