Estimated Salary:
€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking an EPC Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Madrid or Sevilla. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the Suppliers Prequalification process, coordinating with Project Engineering and Finance teams for technical evaluation and risk analyses.
You will also lead the preparation and management of RFP/RFQ and tenders, conduct accurate analysis and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for suppliers during Tender process and contract negotiation, and take ownership of operating purchasing activities, preparing internal approvals requests, and Purchasing Orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Procurement or Suppliers/Subcontractor management.
- Experience in Purchase/Procurement of PV Modules or Wind Turbine Generators or BOP items.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with ability to effectively utilize essential tools for data analysis, documentation, and communication.
- Business fluency in English and Spanish, with any other European language being advantageous.
