About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Enablement Manager to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our IT Foundational Domain, you will be responsible for managing tool requests from various engineering teams and driving the tool selection process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tool requests from engineering teams and drive the tool selection process
- Collaborate with IT and QA to conduct compliance assessments and negotiate agreements with vendors
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support IT teams and product teams
- Build a service offering for selected software tools and provide consultancy services
- Manage user management, training, documentation, and communication to stakeholders
- Set up KPIs and track operational metrics of usage, licenses, and availability
- Manage overall tools costs and identify chargeback models
- Actively manage vendors and tools lifecycle and governance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a service organization
- 5+ years of technical experience in IT organizations
- Strong customer and service management focus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong focus on pragmatism while attention to detail and process
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork
- Understanding of software automation and programming language
