Job Title: Customer Service Senior Supervisor - Leadership and Operations Expert
">About the Role:
">We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Senior Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service experiences for our customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive high levels of engagement within the team and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
">About You:
">To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of managing operational teams and driving key performance indicators (KPIs). Your expertise in customer service and/or insurance sector is highly valued, as is your ability to analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth. With a strong understanding of operational process flows and process mapping, you will be well-equipped to lead projects aimed at reducing OPEX and improving quality of service.

Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of three years' experience in people management, preferably in an operational team setting;">
- Experience in customer service and/or insurance sector, with a proven track record of delivering operational KPIs;">
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth;">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners;">
- A strong understanding of operational process flows and process mapping.">
