Enterprise Customer Success Specialist

About the Role:
As an Enterprise Customer Success Specialist at SAP, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our enterprise customers through proactive customer outreach, meeting and exceeding account retention and revenue goals, and driving customer value realization.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive customer adoption and expansion of services
- Collaborating with Client Sales Executives to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintaining a clean book of business and ensuring data integrity for the business
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer outcomes
About You:
We are looking for a highly structured and organized individual with strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will have a few years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Engagement or Account Management role and a strong understanding of business acumen and ability to drive a value-based conversation.
