Regional Finance Senior Associate - EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Senior Associate to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with local month-end close processes and maintenance of general ledgers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting deliverables, including reconciliations, balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial insights and forecasts.
  • Oversight and support of day-to-day finance operations within the EMEA Region.
  • Prepare, record, and adjust Journal entries.
  • Process, research and record invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Perform monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations to ensure an accurate monthly accounting close process, including the review of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable accounts.
  • Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Work with local Vendors to assist in the preparation of local statutory financial statements for relevant assigned entities.
  • Participate in the budgeting process and financial statement audits.
  • Work with local Vendors to assist with the preparation and review of Tax filings on a monthly/quarterly basis (including VAT returns).
  • Identify and assist with process improvements and automation projects across the EMEA region.
  • Assist with special projects based upon the needs of the finance department.
