About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering high-quality software products. As a key member of our Device Service Organization, you will be responsible for setting the technical direction, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of scalable and secure cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of high-caliber software engineers in developing complex software systems
  • Partner with product and program management teams to define technical requirements and product strategy
  • Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers to improve their skills and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain engineering practices and patterns for the full software development life cycle

Requirements
