**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our pharmacy operations, focusing on profitability, professional services, and regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
Monitor and review sales performance of health categories and recommend action plans to deliver sales budget and pharmacy profitability.
Ensure consistency in execution of Brand of Service Standards when dealing with customers (internal or external) and compliance in all regulatory requirements.
Perform necessary functions for all digitally enabled services.
Support immediate head in managing ROS compliance (inventory & till) to work on shrinkage below tolerance level.
Support immediate head in monitoring and tracking of store's controllable expenses and recommending cost efficiency measures to increase productivity & profitability.
Adhere to health protocols and implement crisis management plans to mitigate risks to provide employees and customers a safe and clean store environment.
Build network as liaison to lessors for better communication and coordination needed to support the business.
Sustain team engagement and performance through coaching, counseling, motivating, and disciplining employees.
**Requirements**
Candidate must be a Licensed Pharmacist.
Familiar with the implementation of Retail Operating Standards.
Experience doing Sales and Customer Service functions.
Applicants must be willing to work in Watsons Catarman Samar.
