We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach a dual-listed course in Production Systems at the School of Science & Engineering at Saint Louis University.

• Teach a dual-listed course in Production Systems to undergraduate and graduate engineering students
• Deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences in a team-oriented, student-focused environment
• Integrate a model-based approach through an Industry 4.0 lens into the production system elements
• Provide insight into designing and executing a production system for diverse product sets
• Examine the Digital Twin and Digital Thread concepts and how it relates to the production system

• Ph.D. degree or an M.S. degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• Technical proficiency and practical experience in the disciplinary areas they intend to teach
• Ability to decompose the product and design intention to ensure manufacturing efficiency and producibility
