Job Title: Experienced Systems Engineer

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with a strong background in Manufacturing and/or Production Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Engineering Global Center, you'll contribute to the development of digital engineering solutions with a focus on production system topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in manufacturing/production/industrial engineering, emphasizing Model-Based Engineering (MBE) processes, methods, training, and tools.
  • Develop and implement MBE solutions for better integration of production and industrial engineering processes and tools within and outside the discipline domain.
  • Develop and implement new MBE solutions for co-development of product and production system and design for manufacturing, analyze and present engineering solutions and results.
  • Develop and document novel ideas, file patent applications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.
  • Participate and potentially lead Agile scrum teams.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent or higher degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing and/or Production or Industrial Engineering in the Aerospace/Automotive industry or similar.
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or production processes.
  • Experience in modeling and simulation of manufacturing, assembly, and production processes as well as related analysis.
