Clinical Research and Development Specialist, Neurosurgery

Location: Remote with occasional travel

Chronos Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research and Development Specialist to join our team in the field of neurosurgery. As a leader in noninvasive treatment solutions, we are committed to expanding the use of our technology for treatments in the human brain.

QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Advanced degree in a scientific field and 2+ years of experience in biomedical research, neuroscience, or medical research
  2. Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: MRI, ultrasound, Operating Room
  3. Experience in guiding medical personnel and complex multi-disciplinary products

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Initiate neurosurgical research and clinical programs in new centers
  2. Participate in treatments of clinical and experimental brain indications
  3. Contribute to the completion of research milestones at the regional, national, and international level
  4. Demonstrate expertise and in-depth understanding in all aspects of the technology
  5. Train and guide researchers, clinical personnel, and account employees in new and existing centers
  6. Support techno-clinical R&D activities and assist with defining specifications for new products and indications
  7. Work with scientific customers to characterize and execute in/ex vivo experiments
  8. Collaborate with researchers to promote technology publications
  9. Domestic and international travel of at least 50% of the time
