About the Role
INFINITE BLU POOL SERVICES LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Services Sourcing Manager to lead our procurement efforts for civil and electrical services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supplier negotiations, with experience in the Civil or Renewable Energy sector. They must have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to identify and assess commercial contractual risks.
A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (civil and/or electrical) is required, along with minimum 3 years' experience in procurement and/or supplier negotiations. High-level English proficiency (C1) and international experience are also essential.
As a Construction Services Sourcing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects. You will establish relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and implement process standards to facilitate day-to-day activity.
