**The Team**


The SSR & Marketing team is responsible for acquiring, activating, and growing Amazon Business customers, with a focus on SSR (self-service registered) and Micro Customers. We drive customer success through scalable initiatives, including emails, onsite campaigns, off-site advertising, and in-person calls (SSR-Assisted program). We also own the marketing strategy for selection, pricing, and delivery experience for Amazon Business customers.


**The Role**


We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the SSR-Assisted program. The goal of this program is to provide account management support to Amazon Business customers, driving high-value actions through in-person calls. The ideal candidate has both sales and product/program management experience. Key responsibilities include:


• Indirectly managing a team of sales agents worldwide


• Defining use cases and roadmaps for the AB SSR-A program


• Reporting and optimizing towards goals, priorities, and success metrics


• Collecting and analyzing customer data to identify new opportunities


• Creating content and building mechanisms to educate agents and customers


• Working with Product managers to identify and prioritize customer-specific needs


• Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions globally
