**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Antal International Network. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and making strategic financial decisions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including voucher entry, document inspection, reconciliation, and write-off, receipt and payment, and other financial-related work.
- Prepare and report financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.
- Oversee tax management, including daily tax declaration, tax knowledge learning, tax risk identification, and tax norms in business activities.
- Manage treasury operations, including bank docking, budget preparation, daily fund receipt, payment, and allocation.
- Collaborate with the general manager to supervise business operations, identify potential financial risks, and implement risk management strategies.
- Provide financial support in opening company bank accounts, docking operation and development requirements, and cooperating with system commissioning, update, online, and other related work.
- Assist the general manager in dealing with various matters according to various systems and implement the group's financial system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, financial management, or related majors.
- Spanish, English, and Chinese as working languages.
- At least 5-7 years of work experience in a similar position, familiar with financial software and MS Office, Excel, and local finance software.
- Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills, meticulous, patient, responsible, and strong ability to work under pressure.
- High communication skills and coordination skills, capable of explaining and analyzing financial data.
