Radio & Communications Specialist

**Job Summary**

Emme Security Group is seeking a skilled Radio & Technician Operator (VHF/UHF) to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our broadcast equipment and communication systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Regularly inspect and maintain all broadcast equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of operations.
• Assist radio technicians in inspections, repairs, and installations of radios and repeaters to maintain our communication systems.
• Maintain the communication systems and equipment in your care at acceptable levels to ensure reliable and efficient communication.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications or electronics.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Radio Operator or equivalent, with a strong background in radio communications and equipment maintenance.

**What We Offer:**

• A competitive salary range of PHP 18,000 - PHP 19,500 per month.
• A full-time position with a 10-hour shift and day shift schedule.
• Overtime pay for additional hours worked.
