About the Role

Nedena is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Project Management: Oversee IT projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Communication: Foster open and transparent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and project development, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and negotiate new service agreements with clients.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT projects as a Technical/Functional Consultant, Customer Success Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience in working with and managing clients.
  • Business mindset and ability to see opportunities for growth and development.
  • German native speaker and fluent in English.
