About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Kardex. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification and Prospection: Identify and qualify potential customers, understand their needs, and evaluate the fit to our product portfolio.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve predetermined sales quotas, expand the customer base, and increase revenue.
  • Customer Support and Advisory: Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the field sales team to develop proposals, coordinate customer meetings, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales activity reports, analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese as an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (SalesForce).
  • Personal Qualities: Strong target-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
