Axiom Software Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Onsite Search Optimization Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing robust onsite search strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in onsite search optimization, with a proven track record of success in improving click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall search relevance. You will work closely with our e-commerce merchandising team to plan and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns, leveraging your expertise in data analytics and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement onsite search strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction">
  • Analyze Google Analytics data and provide insights to inform optimization decisions">
  • Work with the e-commerce merchandising team to plan and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns">
  • Leverage data analytics and campaign management skills to personalize onsite search experiences">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate performance and initiative status">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
