About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lead to join our team at Proton. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for leading the evolution of Proton accounts and payments across our ecosystem. This includes defining and executing a strategic vision for the product, establishing strong working relationships with business units, and driving product innovation by identifying customer problems and devising novel solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic vision for the product across all platforms.
- Establish strong working relationships with business units and influence product decisions.

- Hire, lead, and inspire a team of product managers.
- Facilitate collaboration between product, engineering, growth, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the B2C context.
- Experience in managing small teams and leading product initiatives.
- Strategic leader with an analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Strong empathy for the customer and a user-centric mindset.
- Good business acumen and ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams.
