Training Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Training Developer to join our team at Siemens Gamesa. As a key member of our project-driven department, you will be responsible for designing and operationalizing training solutions that meet the needs of our multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify competence deficiencies and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Design and develop high-quality learning products using the ADDIE model, including educational instructions and other learning materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts from Technology, Health & Safety, Operations, and our Training Centers to ensure that training solutions are effective and relevant.
- Perform handovers of designed training products to our train the trainers and instructors.
- Proactively influence and contribute to project deliverables and timelines, ensuring that learning solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Shape the processes and tools for learning solutions, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the wind industry or a similar field, preferably with a mechanical and electrical background.
- Successful experience in training, either designing and deploying technical training products or teaching experience.
- A structured approach to executing projects according to scope and timeline.
- An innovative mindset to contribute creative solutions for competence deficiencies identified operationally.
- A positive attitude to establish good relationships with colleagues and collaborative partners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectuate targeted communication to all levels of the organization in English.
