Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled International Finance Controller to join our team at TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica in Madrid. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for consolidating the budget process and monthly/quarterly reporting, as well as contributing to the correct accounting of expenses and revenues of the activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Budget Consolidation
- Assist and advise HUBS in the preparation of their budget
- Assist in the preparation of the LTP plan for the Hubs
- Monthly reporting of Total affiliates, TotalEnergies Renewables Iberica
- Quarterly group consolidation for P&L, BS interco and reconciliation with monthly reporting
- Consolidate data and prepare syntheses/dashboards
- Build cash forecast for the entity and the project
- Reporting by project (time spent and external expenses)
- Financial Accounting
- Establish accruals entries (invoices to be prepared, accrued charges)
- Control invoicing/re-invoicing (flows between development companies and assets co, Group services)
- Coordinate with external accounting firm and other external partners to ensure quality of reporting
- Control accounting entries and correct governance rules application
- Financial Control and Assistance
- Support to project finance/business on ongoing projects
- Follow up internal cash needs
- Finance compliance and internal control relay
Requirements
- Master degree level, with a first experience in Finances would be a plus
- Skills in financial analysis
- Highly organized, rigor and reliability
- Ability to work in transverse, good relationship and initiative mindset
- Knowledge of PackOffice (Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP
- English: C1
- Spanish: B2
- French: B2
Working Environment
The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates and the affiliate will grant a rent allowance.
