We are seeking an experienced Corporate Communications & Social Media Specialist to join our team at Leadtech, a leading digital business developer. Your Role

As a Corporate Communications & Social Media Specialist, you will be the go-to person for all corporate communications matters within the company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's corporate goals
  • Managing all social media aspects of our main channels, including community management, content creation, and campaign coordination
  • Developing internal communication actions, such as newsletters, emails, intranet content, and website updates
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in corporate communications
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate communications and social media management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage KPI formulation and reporting
  • Hands-on experience in content management, corporate communications, and storytelling
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to content development
  • Experience working with different teams and delivering tangible results
  • An entrepreneurial attitude and enthusiasm for spotting digital corporate communications trends
