About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Specialist to join our team and provide expert-level support to our cloud customers. As a key member of our SAP SuccessFactors Preferred Success team, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services and large-scale adoption events.
Your Key Tasks
- Deliver 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption-focused services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors Platform, Employee Central, Time and Payroll, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
- Act as a subject matter expert for your area(s) and develop exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.
What We Are Looking For
- Associate Certification in at least one of the employee lifecycle modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding).
- HCM Platform certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding modules.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
