We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Omega CRM. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business goals by designing and implementing functional solutions in projects.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Design and Implement Functional Solutions: Design and implement functional solutions in projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are aligned with business objectives.
- Effort Estimations: Provide effort estimations for projects, ensuring accurate and realistic timelines.
- Collaboration: Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to the fulfillment of project objectives.
- Application Performance: Analyze and improve application performance, ensuring optimal user experience.
- Technology Providers: Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
- Validation: Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements.
- Documentation: Generate functional documentation for completed projects.
- Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate within Omega's community of practice by sharing knowledge.
- Minimum of 4 years work experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.
- Experience in Field Service is a plus.
- Experience with different clouds such as Sales, Service, Community, etc.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Oral and written fluent in English.
- French as a plus.
