Marketing Operations Manager

At Travelperk, we're seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing our marketing technology stack, including Marketo, LeanData, and Chili Piper. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in marketing automation/operations, ideally in a global B2B tech company, and expert experience with marketing automation tools, Marketo or similar.

About the Role

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Revenue and Product organisations to drive scalable technology and process improvements that support the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of our marketing technology stack, supporting the marketing team with campaign execution in Marketo and Salesforce, and building global email nurture programs to help nurture top-of-funnel leads to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our marketing technology stack, including Marketo, LeanData, and Chili Piper.
• Support the marketing team with campaign execution in Marketo and Salesforce, creating campaign assets, configuring tracking, importing lists, and building reports and dashboards for performance measurement.
• Build global email nurture programs to help nurture top-of-funnel leads to conversion.
• Create, document, and enable scalable process improvements that support the ongoing growth of the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues within our marketing technology stack, deep-diving into data and routing errors.
• Maintain the marketing attribution model in Marketo, ensuring it's up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements

• Solid experience in marketing automation/operations, ideally in a global B2B tech company.
• Expert experience with marketing automation tools, Marketo or similar (HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of email best practices, including consent laws (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM).
• Experience working cross-functionally to create processes for the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Knowledge of data and how to analyse it and share results to help the team improve campaigns and programs.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills and great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise, and get things done.
• Experience with HTML/CSS is an asset.
