The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Intelligence Trainee to join our team. As a Market Intelligence Trainee, you will be responsible for consolidating, maintaining, and updating databases to guarantee Business Intelligence (BI) tools are properly updated on time, ensuring data accuracy.
You will also be responsible for communicating data changes both internally and externally, maintaining BI tools (PowerBI) and improving existing dashboards, and creating new dashboards for identified business needs.
Additionally, you will conduct BI tool trainings for business stakeholders on how to effectively use the tool and interpret data, monitor brand performance monthly to provide strategic insights for marketing and sales teams, and update business reports on a regular basis.
You will also assist on market research projects with external partners, staying up-to-date with industry trends and new products research and development related to relevant markets.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate who has a Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences, with a keen interest in becoming a pharmaceutical industry expert.
You should have knowledge and familiarity with PowerBI, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You should also be comfortable handling large datasets and information from multiple sources, and be able to interpret data and insights and turn them into a simple, quality, business-oriented narrative.
