We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Associate to join our team at Monday Working Spaces By Urbania in Málaga. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our center, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and overseeing all community-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a smooth welcome and introduction to the community.
  • Coordinate the invoicing process, including the issuance and follow-up of payments, and resolve any related issues.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the center, including the coordination of suppliers, maintenance, and security, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage internal and external events, serving as a reference point and incident resolver from the front desk.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in asset management, preferably in roles similar to office manager or event coordinator.
  • Training in business management, commercial/marketing, or tourism.
  • Demonstrable experience in event generation and execution.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at user level.
  • Ability to manage and lead a community, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
