About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team at Jekyll. As a key member of our digital business unit, you will be responsible for executing projects and leading the team to new levels of knowledge and quality.

A successful candidate will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to learn and teach. You will be working on a wide range of projects, from scratch, and will be expected to turn them into successes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient backend systems
  • Lead and mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Full Stack Developer in online business projects, webapps, ecommerce, or mobile
  • Strong knowledge of React and React Native
  • Proficiency in Git, Plesk, and team working methodologies (agile, scrum, etc)
  • Experience with MongoDB and REST APIs
  • Flexible full-time contract
