We are looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Procurement Manager Spain Portugal. As a member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sourcing strategies that deliver cost efficiencies, supply assurance, and quality enabling spend owners, business units, and functional partners to maximize the value they receive from vendors.
In this role, you will ensure that procurement strategies, processes, and program executions are fully integrated to support internal budget business plans and Company objectives. You will also collaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure that our knowledge, relationships, and investments are effectively and efficiently leveraged.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-countries savings initiatives with a strong focus on Marketing, IT, and Retail.
- Develop and implement forward-thinking sourcing strategies providing a competitive advantage to the region.
- Develop and foster strategic supplier relationships that deliver cost reduction, supply assurance, quality improvement, and innovation.
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders to be considered a trusted strategic advisor by identifying, understanding, and fulfilling business needs.
- Provide financial support for spend forecasting and budget management.
- Ensure organizational, systems, and process effectiveness of the indirect procurement function.
