About Us
We are Autel Energy - Europe, a pioneering company specializing in automotive intelligent diagnostics, detection, and analysis systems. Our mission is to provide high-quality localized service and excellent quality products for various scenarios.
With 120+ employees actively engaged in researching and developing electric vehicle charging solutions, we have 7 subsidiary companies located across Europe, providing local services and support. We work closely with our customers to understand their needs and offer customized solutions, dedicated training centers, and stable product supply.
Responsibilities
This role involves pre-sales / after-sales technical support work, including technical support for customers in the development of sales opportunities, project delivery process, and commissioning, as well as after-sales technical support. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely resolution of technical issues raised by customers, tracking feedback, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, the role involves gathering customer requirements and communicating them effectively to the R&D department at headquarters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, 1 year or above related work experience, strong working methodology, strong execution ability, good pressure resistance, good team spirit, strong learning ability, good service consciousness, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work, self-driven ability. Fluent in English and Spanish, Mandarin is a plus.
