Job Description:
The HR Generalist and Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support with hiring, onboarding, and exit processes, including drafting employment contracts and managing employee files.
This role will also involve managing existing insurance policies, benefits applicable in the country, and health and safety compliance. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead payroll activities, act as the main stakeholder for external providers, and support employees with questions and provide guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Spanish Labor Law
- Ability to build close relationships with employees, candidates, and providers
- Open-minded and result-oriented
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and lead less complex tasks independently
- Good level of English – written and verbally
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
