Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist - CRM & Social Media Expert to join our Marketing team based in Chiasso. The ideal candidate will have a natural passion for communication, user engagement, and content creation, with excellent creative and analytical skills.
As a Digital Marketing Strategist - CRM & Social Media Expert, you will execute CRM and social marketing strategies based on commercial objectives and implement creative, cost-efficient campaigns to retain more customers and increase unitary margin.
You will be responsible for executing related to CRM, content, and channel optimization (CRM, SMM), brand consistency, analytics, and meaningful measurement. Additionally, you will plan and deliver email campaigns across all product categories and segments to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement a successful CRM strategy leveraging all available users' bases.
Develop unique content for our CRM strategy, products, initiatives, and different channels.
Publish high-quality content aligned with our content strategy and short-term and long-term marketing goals.
Promote this content through CRM and social media channels.
Provide requirements and specifications for our CRM and content-related projects, clearly communicating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for technical and project management teams throughout project implementation phases.
Track performance and progress using qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure initiative success.
Demonstrate the success of our content projects by following up with reports on their performance.
Briefly describe visually engaging newsletters, highlighting benefits for the customer and generating high engagement.
Manage and analyze the customer database to provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in CRM and social media and writing.
Familiarity with using a customer engagement platform (Braze is a plus).
Excellent understanding of content marketing, demand generation, and the customer life cycle.
Able to deliver measurable results using digital marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Data Studio).
Exceptional understanding of optimizing content for success on social and CRM lifecycles and different platforms: formats, copy, metrics, KPIs.
Experience in the online travel sector.
In-depth understanding of CRM and web analytics tools.
Proficient user of email platforms, Google Analytics, and Excel.
About This Role
