Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data-Driven Recruiter to support our recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates for open roles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruiting practices and be proficient in using ATS platforms for tracking candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Source potential candidates through various channels and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information and manage other data dashboards.
- Support Senior Recruiters with various administrative tasks during the recruitment process and manage operational activities for different Recruiting initiatives and projects.
- Analyze the market to ensure we offer competitive compensation packages and track and analyze recruitment data to propose solutions based on metrics.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related discipline.
- Basic understanding of recruiting practices.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruiting operations.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms for tracking candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
